Refund Policy on Jewelry 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS ALSO NO CANCELLATIONS. 

Shipping and handling

It takes up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Then it will take another 3-5 days for your order to be delivered to you if your in the U.S. For international orders shipping takes 1-3 weeks to be delivered.(Because they need to pass customs) We have no control over packages that may be delayed by usps.

RETURNS

If a package is returned due to incorrect address a fee of $4.50 will be charged for redelivery for domestic orders for international orders a fee of $16.50 will be charged for redelivery. 

Lost or stolen packages 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. You will have to contact usps.

Damages

We are not responsible for any packages that are damaged in the care of usps. You would have to contact usps and file a claim. We are not responsible for covering the costs of any products that has been damaged after the customer has received and wore the product.
